BrickRock

This page explains how to have your account for the game BrickRock and the player data stored with it deleted — whether or not the app is still installed.
If BrickRock is installed on your device, this is the quickest route:
This removes your account and your entries in the leaderboards. The app then creates a fresh, empty profile automatically so that you can keep playing — that new profile contains none of the deleted account’s data.
If your account is linked to Google or Apple, your last sign-in may be too long ago. The app will then tell you that you need to sign in again. Sign in once more and repeat the steps.
Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account. It only removes the data stored on the device.
Already uninstalled the app, no longer have access to the device, or deletion in the app is not working? Then request deletion by email:
To make sure the right account is deleted, we need something that identifies it unambiguously. Any of the following works well:
A purely anonymous account with no link is not associated with any person. Without at least one of the details above, such an account cannot be located — in that case, please tell us your player name.
We confirm receipt and carry out the deletion within 30 days. If there is any doubt that the request really comes from the account holder, we will ask first — that protects you from someone else having your account deleted.
Deleting the account removes the following data:
| Data | Where |
|---|---|
| The user account itself (sign-in and user identifier) | Firebase Authentication |
| Display name | player profile |
| In-game currency (“coins”) | player profile |
| Best scores and rounds reached | player profile |
| Cosmetic items owned and equipped | player profile |
| Supporter entitlement | player profile |
| Entries in all leaderboards | leaderboards |
| Your friend connections, including the matching entries held by your friends | friends data |
| Pending friend requests in both directions | friends data |
| Device tokens for notifications and their link to the account | notifications |
| Any outstanding short-lived processing jobs for notifications from your own rounds | notifications |
| Game progress stored locally on the device | your device |
Those processing jobs are subject to a maximum lifetime of 30 days in normal operation anyway. When an account is deleted, we do not wait for that: they are deleted straight away.
Your previous friend code is permanently retired and never issued again. All that remains is a technical block entry recording the time it was retired; the user identifier and display name are removed.
Deletion is final and cannot be undone. Entitlements you have already acquired — the Supporter status in particular — are lost in the process and are not refunded.
Not every trace disappears, and there are legal and security reasons for that. The following is kept:
| Data | Reason | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| A technical deletion record containing the user identifier and the time of deletion | so that a previously purchased entitlement can be safely transferred to a new account after an account has been deleted | permanently |
| Technical purchase and ad-reward records | may be retained to prevent duplicate redemptions and abuse | where individual records are additionally subject to statutory retention requirements, the applicable retention periods apply |
| Technical verification records that prevent the same round, ad reward or purchase from being credited more than once | protection against abuse and repeat redemption | for as long as a risk of abuse remains |
| Server and access logs | operational security and troubleshooting | a short period set by the platform; deleted automatically thereafter |
This data is no longer used to associate a player profile with you. The deletion record does, however, still contain your former user identifier — with no name, no progress and no way to sign in. All it records is that an account belonging to that identifier was deleted.
Your purchase was processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The payment and transaction data stored there sits with Google or Apple, not with us — we cannot delete it. Please contact the relevant provider directly:
Your Google or Apple account itself also remains in place. What is deleted is solely your account with BrickRock and the player data stored for it.
